My background in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Autism and Behavioural Science coupled with a masters degree in Counselling Psychology has provided me the opportunity to support individuals, children and families across Ontario and the Durham Region.

For over 10 years I have supported children, adults and families within the developmental services sector reach meaningful life goals. I have also supported children, youth and adolescence living in foster care to work through trauma and adverse childhood experiences.

I am passionate about creating the most supportive environment and foundation for clients to analyze, explore and discover their unique needs and goals for improved mental health

Pulling from elements of person-centered therapy, it is my belief that every client has the ability to reach their full potential and I aim to provide all the support and guidance required to help my clients along the way.
