    Complimentary Consultation (15 minutes) - Virtual/ Phone

    The therapeutic relationship is an intimate one. Your therapist is someone you share and trust with your inner most thoughts and feelings. Its only right that you explore if it's a good fit for your needs. Every person is unique and ensuring that the therapeutic approaches are suitable is established in the initial consult.

    Family Therapy- Virtual /In-person

    Consists of 2-4 people in any family relationship (children, parents, siblings grandparents) If you are in need of support to navigate conflict, difficulty in communication, relationship transitions, navigating 2SLGBTQIA+ experiences, boundaries within the family relationship, loss or bereavement click the link below for a free consultation to learn about how supports may be right for your needs.

    Individual Psychotherapy- Virtual/ phone/In-Person

    Consists of one -on-one support to help you explore the challenges you face. This may include grief and loss, life transitions, gender and sexuality, processing emotions, relationship challenges, burnout stress, depression anxiety and more.

    Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy -Virtual/In-Person

    Consists of sessions with parental figures primarily and then with youth (10+). Forward First Therapy is DDP (Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy) informed. DDP is a psychotherapy treatment method for families that have children with symptoms of emotional disorders including complex trauma and attachment concerns. The principles are geared towards developing healthy patterns of communication and connection in families.
